• Professional products are always recommended and guaranteed. Without the use of professional products we can NOT guarantee the service.
• Any appointment missed or canceled without a 24 hour notice will be charged for the full amount of the missed service(s).
• Any Ionic Straightener appointment missed or canceled without a 72 business working hour notice will be charged a 20% service fee.
• We do not recommend facials, peels, massages, and body wraps for people who have the following conditions: pregnancy, high blood pressure, or heart conditions.
• When receiving spa services, we recommend that you wear minimal jewelry. We are not responsible for lost items.
• We are not responsible for any damage to clothing. Smocks are available for your protection.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage of your vehicle while parked in our lot.
• Gift certificates available, may be mailed at no extra charge and are non-refundable. Any gift certificate lost will be voided.
• Offers cannot be used in combination.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Due to safety considerations, Salon 256 does not allow children in the salon, unless they are having services.
• Cosmetics and gift certificates are final sale.

We gladly accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, MAC, and checks with proper I.D. Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee. Gratuity is not included in service and may be extended to technician through cash or personal check only, not on credit cards.
